DESCRIPTION:BIO\n\nI am an independent\, certified Coach\, Speaker\, and Trainer in 10 areas of Leadership Training and Development with The John Maxwell Team. My focus is on developing Leaders so they can cultivate and preserve an organizational culture and climate in which inspired people\, lofty goals\, high expectations\, open communication\, rich relationships\, and fearless ambition will become the norm.  \n\nOver 16 years working in education as a teacher\, administrator\, and district coach combined with life-long experiences in athletics as an athlete and coach allows me to bring multiple dimensions to my trainings. The combination of philosophies and best practices in Leadership Development from athletic coaches and corporate Leaders combined with my knowledge of educational Leadership training is reflected in my Leadership Development program.\n\nI use practical\, proven\, evidence based\, tools combined with humor and personal experiences to help you develop a strong sense of purpose and the tools necessary to set clear\, measurable goals for personal and professional success.
