Marc was born and raised in the Town of Tonawanda and was the first in his family to go to college, graduating from the University at Buffalo. After working his way through school on the construction site as a Local 210 Laborer, Marc graduated with honors and began organizing for low-wage workers.
As a union representative for the Laborers International Union of North America, he successfully advocated on behalf of poultry workers in Mississippi, nurses in Northern California, and immigrant demolition workers in New York City. After spending several years travelling the country fighting on behalf of everyday Americans, he moved back home where received his J.D. from the Law School at the University at Buffalo. Since then, he has spent his entire legal career representing hardworking families and individuals in a court of law. Today, Marc manages his own law firm, Dolce Panepinto P.C. where he has fought tooth and nail in order to gain the best possible outcome for his clients.
Senator Marc Panepinto will bring that same tenacity and work ethic to the Senate Floor in Albany where he will serve his community and work to build a better future for the people of Buffalo and Western New York.
