Mental Health 101 for Business
Did you know 1 in 4 people will have a diagnosed mental illness each year? We all have mental health and know someone in our life that is impacted by mental health challenges. Mental Health 101 is a one-hour seminar where you will learn basic information about mental health, facts that help to reduce stigma, the importance of empathy, community resources, and an introduction to other training opportunities offered by Compeer of Greater Buffalo, such as Mental Health First Aid.
