Dawn Mirand, who succeed Superintendent Mark Mondanaro upon his retirement on July 31, 2014, will be the featured speaker at the Ken-Ton Chamber of Commerce luncheon on Friday, September 19, 2014. She will discuss current programs/curriculums, how businesses can obtain student interns, the school budget process - where do our tax dollars go and the shrinking number of enrollments which has caused closing/consolidation issues, all followed by a brief Q&A.

Mirand was chosen through a rigorous selection process and, after careful deliberations, was offered a five-year contract.
